Finding a nice home on the mid-peninsula in a neighborhood you want your family to live in is a long, tough process, especially if you are looking to buy your first home like we were. But Jeanette paid so much attention to us and worked so hard to find us a home that we felt like we were her only client, even though we knew that wasn't the case. She didn't just run searches for homes and take us to go see them. She researched nearly every house that we showed the slightest interest in so that she could give us the real details not included in the printed materials from the sellers' agents. In fact, she made several trips to the city and county records buildings to photocopy old building permits and other records that revealed facts that even the selles' agents did not know. She grilled sellers' agents with questions to make sure that no stone was left unturned. After looking at many many homes, we eventually got to the point where we could walk through a home just once and know whether we wanted to place an offer on it. Jeanette was right there with us -- once we decided to place an offer, she would do all of the background research and prepare all of the paper work so fast that we were able to place offers the very same day after seeing them. Even after closing escrow, she continued to follow up with us to make sure we had referrals and estimates for locksmiths, contractors, pest control services, etc. If you need as much help and attention as we did in buying a home, we definitely recommend Jeanette.
